This store deserves nothing less than a five star!! Besides such a versatile selection of hardware, this store also displays the upmost courteous, professional, & caring employees!! I would especially like to give a shout out to sales manager Ryan! He is patient, kind & goes up & beyond to make customers satisfied!! Thank you Ryan! You are an example of how all managers should be!! I sincerely appreciated all your help!!

Was attempting to locate a hard to find item. Website showed this location had "in stock" and "pick up today". Drove across town. Not on shelves. Rechecked online. This location now showed "ship to store" but another location in town has it "in stock". Was fishy so decided not to keep driving around. Ordered it to "ship to store" at this location. Next morning they cancelled the order. I know this would be a larger ace problem and likely not this particular stores fault. But basically be aware shopping ace online bc the inventory is probably made up and deceitful. Just an attempt to generate foot traffic in the store at any cost.

This has been a favorite store for years. They just changed the entrance to the cash registers to this 50 yard gauntlet through impulse buy candies and crap that I don’t need when I ho to get plumbing and electrical materials. (I had to carry an 8’ ladder through.) Go ahead and put in self check registers too lol. I’ll be sure to stay home and order online from Amazon. Huge mistake.
