We used to have an account here so we know everyone pretty much but this day I had to stop here because my car would not hold any water so I called inside asked for the manager Gus to please come outside and he did he looked at my car brought out a couple jugs of water and put them in my car and then looked under it he said it didn't look good and I thanked him for trying to help me and had to try and get my car home. He didn't have to come be done what if a mechanic for me and help but he did because guys is like that he's a good guy and does allot for people he has allot of knowledge and will try and help out when he can.

Went to this store employee couldn't help due to not carrying what we needed but did recommend a store that was able to help us . That's great customer service as opposed to others that won't tell you where to go they just say we don't carry that . So absolutely recommend this store 👌

This place has awesome employees who are very helpful. Although this store is located in a rough neighborhood and feels like its frozen in time; also locked in time is their customer service. The folks here still know what they are talking about and are able to help you with what you need to complete your project. Unlike big box stores where finding help is impossible and when you finally find someone; you probably know more than them. The help that you get here is very specific, and the times that I've been here, they go above and beyond to help you. I wish the valley had more of this type of store and service. Great job and I hope you continue this level of customer service.

Gus was a good guy easy to deal with, I called with some replacement supplies I needed, he had me send pictures to confirm the right Products Sent my guys down there and he was very easy to deal with had the materials ready to go before we arrived Highly recommend quick service and friendly service

My husband did not have a good experience here. Workers are too suspicious. Not everyone is a thief. Once he got his part they didn't have change for a $100 bill. He just walked out. Maybe the crew needs a refresher on how to treat customers. Lost our business for sure.
