Just left this store for the 4th time because of the same problem. Each time I go they are either profiling me or are required by some higher up to stay uncomfortably and awkwardly next to you the whole time and repeatedly ask you if you need help when I have clearly stated multiple times I dont need any help. In addition, the older man with the flat hat on and facial hair that works there was rude to me. I asked him "why yall keep repeatdly asking me when I just said I dont need any help" condescendingly said,"you just walk around like you dont know what you're doing".. he then demanded i take the item i had in my hand and place it up front. I said I still needed to look at the pipes and wasnt ready to check out ... He kept pressing what do you need to know about the pipes and I told him I was just looking and to leave me alone. After that interaction another younger latino guy who looked forced, stood hovering over me while I looked at the pipes section for like 2 seconds becaue it was so awkward at that point. Didn't buy anything and will most likely not be back after the interaction with the older man with the flat hat and facial hair. Can't believe i went there to just look around to get an idea and was treated so rudely and disrespectfully. The hovering is also a big awkward turn off for me. When I go to these type of stores I enjoy looking around and reading up on items, not someone hovering over me repeatedly asking something when I was clear I wanted to be left alone. . The younger latino guy was not the problem and was very nice and professional but seemed forced to maintain an uncomfortable hovering the whole time.

Love this place! It is one of the few " customer service based" hardware stores left. They have the "hard to find" stuff your looking for and tons of stuff you never thought existed! So much better than the "Big Box" stores with comparable prices. Highly recommen, I'm a huge DIYer. Even if your not they are technically knownable too. Gabby is amazing!

GET YOUR SPARE KEYS MADE HERE! They have the best prices by far, and my keys came out great. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. This is going to be my first stop in the future for my home improvement needs!

There are actual people at Ace that can advise you and know how to fix stuff! . And are happy to help. It's a small store, and it really has a feel of Mayberry. I really enjoy going in there. And i've never had a key made there that didn't work!And for that, I am grateful. The prices are very competitive to the bigger store....HD. The only negative is you really have to be careful when you're backing out of the parking, there is parking, but be careful backing out onto the street.

Went in for an online deal... Bad problems applying it.. the staff were super friendly and help me get the deal. Nice place for your hardware needs!
