Robby was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had our air conditioning working perfectly again in no time. He was great at explaining what the issue was, how he came to his conclusion and how he was going to fix the problem. When technicians are knowledgeable and explain what the situation is, it makes it a lot easier for me to pay for what needs fixing. Oh, and my two gigantic dogs loved him and he gave them lots of attention. If anything goes wrong with my HVAC again, I will be sure to ask for Robby!

I had them come out to do a plumbing check. I already use Moncrief for my HVAC service, and now Ace Hardware Home Services, since they now own Moncrief. Devin was great - he was thorough in his inspection, polite, and respectful of my home, including wearing shoe covers while inside. He ex0lained every step well without any condescension. I ended up having the option to replace my garbage disposal and kitchen drains (a long overdue project I hadn't gotten around to hiring out), and the price was reasonable. I was provided various options for the repair. He got it done that morning and cleaned up fully after completion. I would definitely use them again!

Noah arrived early, talked me through my options, brought back the parts, completed the job perfectly! Very professional and good natured. Very much enjoyed the vibe he exuded and would call him again should the need arise.

I had a great experience with Marcus, the technician who installed our water heater in Kennesaw, GA. This is actually the second time I’ve used this company—the first was for a plumbing replacement—and once again, they delivered outstanding service. Marcus was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, clearly explained the process before getting started, and demonstrated excellent workmanship throughout the installation. He paid close attention to detail, ensuring everything was done properly and safely. He was courteous, efficient, and left the area clean after completing the job. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the quality of the installation. Based on both experiences, I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing reliable and professional plumbing services.
