I've been tp a lot of hardware stores, but this one really stands out. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. whether it's finding the right screw size or giving advice on a DIY project. The store is well organized, clean, and surprisingly well-stocked for its size. Prices are fair, and they often have quality brands you can trust. I especially appreciate how patient the team is with questions. They never make you feel rushed, even when the store's busy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Overall, a reliable neighborhood spot that deserves its 4.7 rating and then some. Highly recommended for anyone doing home repairs or renovations.

I had been struggling to catch my local hardware and garden store when they were open to get some soil for my inch plant (Tradescantia zebrina), so when I was on the orange line I looked around to see if there were local shops open in Boston! The staff were supportive, genuinely interested in making sure I had the right fit for my plant, and made a rainy Sunday trip over brick sidewalks well worth it. There are some stairs in the back, so if you're a wheelchair user like me, just ask the friendly staff up front for help! The door isn't too heavy, but their phone is right by the counter, so you can call if you can't open it yourself. I'll send a picture when my inch plant starts perking up, but it seems happier already. Thanks so much!

This place maybe a tight squeeze when walking around, but the employee's real nice and helpful. It's also in a good location. Parking isn't easy there, though. I also love the fact that they have a beautiful cat that customers can say hi to I went in there. The other day, for some cable supply, when I saw the cat. My heart melt, and of course I had to stop and say hi

I’ve visited this store twice looking for specific items, and both experiences were outstanding. The first time, my phone had died, and the staff kindly offered to charge it behind the desk, even making sure they had the correct charger and a portable charger option available for me to buy if I wanted. The second time, I came in looking for a sled on a snowy day, and again they were incredibly helpful and friendly. As a young woman, I especially appreciated how welcoming and kind everyone was.

We took a stroll through your store while visiting Boston from Texas! We own West End Hardware Co in Groves TX. The staff was super friendly and made us feel so welcome to browse! Plus thanks for the bottle of water!
