I had such a great experience at this store today. I went in to buy bolt cutters because I had accidentally put a padlock on backwards, rendering it unable to be unlocked. The gentleman managing the store could have easily sold me the bolt cutters, but instead helped me problem solve and ended up cutting down the key so I was able to successfully unlock the padlock. He was incredibly helpful and generous- I am very grateful!

It is a great place, at a convenient location if you need something fast and have no time for a bigger store. It does have pretty much everything, but not as many options as one kind but convenient. Usually easy to find parking.

Viviana and Marcus helped my partner and I and were very insightful. We mentioned we are new to the neighborhood and we felt very much welcomed. Will definitely be back here for all our hardware needs

I live nearby, and if you need to make a quick home repair, this'll suffice. Staff are friendly. But whenever I've tried to build furniture or start a plumbing project, they have an extremely limited inventory of materials. Don't expect to find more than one of anything. I was in today, and there wasn't a single 4x4 in stock. And there were a total of 6 sheets of plywood — of varying sizes/thicknesses. So a great spot if you need to make a quick repair, but don't expect to build anything bigger than a desk organizer.

I had gone to a different hardware store to get a paint match and it wasn’t right at all so came here and the two women working with the paint were incredibly helpful despite me not being able to give very much information they helped me save money and i ended up with a perfect match for my damaged wall because of how thorough they were. Huge thanks to them!
