Staff seem bored and are generally unhelpful. Cashier (redhead curly hair guy) didn’t even make eye contact. Felt like he was going through the motions reading a script saying “have a good one” without even acknowledging customers is worse than saying nothing at all. This is a decent store with potential but hopefully this review (I see others that say the same thing) can wake up management to push them to teach warmth and hospitality in this store… won’t be coming back

They have a great selection of quality tools, homeware, and everyday essentials, all at fair prices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find exactly what you need. A reliable, well-stocked local shop that makes every visit easy and enjoyable.

I really love this place especially for plants! They are super close to a plant store and sells very nice house plants for $9.99 if not discounted at the time. I went and got a pretty plant and Philipp helped and was super nice and understanding

Over many years in Boston I have frequented True Value on many occasions and truly never fails. The employees are always willing to help and very knowledgeable and always decently stocked.
