The man answering the phone was so rude and mean. I never write reviews, but he was so awful. Customer service here is terrible. Take your business elsewhere.

Super helpful in the paint department. Used 26 colors to complete this mural and my order was made with ease using a suggested app by Benjamin Moore. List color options by importing image of my design. Paints were exactly as ordered. Thank you!

It takes a lot for me to post a review, especially a negative one. Unfortunately the customer service I received here was so bad I felt I had to post this. When I go to a hardware store I expect bare minimum for the employees to answer questions and direct you to where items are. My dad and I came here to get lining for a screen window. We asked the person at the desk, and he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We simply asked where they were located, and he told us that they have them in the back or downstairs. He seemed POed that we were asking him this question at all, like we were wrong for being there. Wasn't friendly at all, very passive aggressive response. We didn't exactly measure what we needed cause I assumed we could look at a view options, and I'd know by eye. Also with this product it doesn't have to be exact anyway to hold in the screen. This horrible employee looks at us and says "you need to know exactly what you need." There is no good reason that he couldn't get like 5 different sizes for us to look at. He was acting like we were asking him to walk a mile 5 times so we could buy what we needed. Why does he work here if he gets mad for doing his job and treats customers this way? Maybe he's an exception cause I don't see many bad reviews. But I would recommend going to the other hardware store just down the street. They had what we needed on the shelf, showed us where it was, and actually decent nice people. Apparently that's a lot to ask for, I would avoid coming here.

Fantastic experience! Went in to copy a key, cost was around $2, very fair. BLAZING FAST SERVICE! Went in and out within 1 minute with a new key. Street parking out front.

This store has a little bit of everything for your home...I went there bcuz I ran out of spray foam and steel wool for the rat(s) that is sneaking into my basement and making a mess...They had what I needed and the staff (just one person, the other one was hiding out back) helped me pick out the right grade of steel wool to keep the rat(s) from sneaking in...Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because the store is tiny and the layout of floors was cramp, but the staff knew where everything was...
