What an incredible customer service experience! I came in because I had purchased an antique lamp that was not working, and I was hoping to see if they could help me with the lightbulb. Not only did they help identify the correct bulbs, they also spotted that there was an issue with the wiring. Someone was able to rewire it for me by the NEXT day. You have gained a loyal customer😄 The turtle lamp is very happy in his new home. 🐢🌱

Service at this store is unbelievable. Every employee is so willing to help. My trips are always just minutes. It’s great for the neighborhood and others passing by. My first thought is to always go to Home Depot and then instead I go here and walk out happy as ever. Andy did a great job today with helping find the right bulb and grounding outlet 3-prong. Keep up the great work!

I was helped immediately upon entry, but not in a “pushy” way. One associate knew of trellises that I was seeking, which were in the back room (which wouldn’t fit on sales floor) and promptly took pictures to verify my selection before they had to rearrange some merch to get it out for me. I used my club points and also got a coupon and was helped to my car. Store was well stocked, clean, and organized. Well done! Only wish they carried some little annuals.
