This used to be our go-to hardware store, but after our recent experience, we won’t be returning. We purchased a paint sample here and later came back to buy more, only to discover that the original color they gave us was completely wrong. Mistakes happen, but what made this experience unacceptable was the response from the assistant manager, Carl. He was extraordinarily rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic about the store’s error. Even worse, he behaved unprofessionally toward his own coworkers while we were there. I later contacted the store hoping to speak with management and resolve the issue, and I was promised a callback that never came. It’s disappointing to see a business treat loyal customers this way. Between the poor customer service, lack of accountability, and higher prices, I’d strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually values its customers.

It's been 30 years since I've been here...back in my college days. Here with my son, who is now in college. Glad to see your still here and giving the same great friendly service I remember! Thank you!!

I have been going to ace hardware for 15 years and I have never once thought it was more helpful than going to a big box store. 95% of the trips lead to me leaving and going to a big box store. From overpriced goods to low and unavailable items. I just walked in with a blank key wanting to copy my old key and they explained they don't do customer blanks because of an insurance issue... I just can't take this anymore I'm totally done with Ace unfortunately. I want to support small local franchise stores but it's been very unhelpful all these years. The workers are nice and not at all to blame.

Always the best service, and it’s amazing how much they carry. Fantastic to have this independently owned hardware store in our neighborhood.

Nothing is more useful than a local friendly hardware store. I use this one for many many home repair and project needs and they have a great selection of the right stuff for almost all tasks. And the staff is nice and helpful.
