Convenient and stores a huge variety of hardware needs. Garden dept is small and seasonal. Parking is abundant and staff is usually very knowledgeable (albeit not always the friendliest). Paint prices are higher than bigger department stores like Menards I've noticed. Has puzzles and toy animal figurine which is a draw for those of us who need to bring young kids in with us.

I recently moved to the area and had a Frattalone's where I used to live. I was happy when I saw there was one close by my new place. I've been in a few times now and they have been a big help. Very friendly folks here and knowledgeable. They aren't a Home Depot and in my opinion that is a good thing. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

They have the autobahn birds. I am so going back there soon, and I did to make a rubber chicken video/song bird duet video in the store, that got stares of course from customers and the cashier. : ) thank you guys for putting up with rubber chickens. They also have swanky flashlights with a hook key or carabiner which I find is handy to wear on the belt loop of my pants, so it's always with me incase I need it for when it's dark outside (or when I am blind). They also have a variety of magnets such as magnetic tape that come in different widths, magnetic sheet with adhesive backing, magnetic squares with adhesive backing, magnetic circular discs, magnetic rectangular blocks, or even a magnet horseshoe. Additionally they have keychain rings in a variety of sizes too, plus a lot more things. : )

Upside: For the most part, they have a good selection, especially for the size of the store. Good hours, and relatively reasonable prices. Mostly, great convenience. Downside: Not good at customer service. Especially on the phone, employees seem to prefer yelling at you until you hang up over listening and understanding what you're calling about. If you know what you're looking for and don't need to call, then I say this place is pretty decent.
