Dale and his crew were knowledgeable and helpful- helped me determine the best electric mower and unpacked it and set it up and loaded it in my vehicle for me. Bought online only took two days to arrive, one day earlier than stated. Love the local service, instead of the big box hassle.

Thank you! My motorcycle broke just down the street. I knew there was an Ace Hardware nearby and that you would have the hardware that I needed to get home. What I didn't know was how much help Steve would be! From the moment I walked in, Steve helped me find the correct nuts and bolts to fix my motorcycle. Steve loaned me the tools I needed to fix it and I was back on the road 15 minutes later. I know my $1.48 hardware purchase may not have been a lot, but your customer service and convenience is why I chose ACE over the big stores whenever I can. Thanks for the help Steve!

I really liked how the store was packed and it had multiple selections of products.

Wasn’t allowed to make a return because I didn’t have the packaging (it had to be cut to get the product out). Staff seemed annoyed that I would even ask. Perfectly good tube that wouldn’t fit my grill now needs to be thrown out?
