I had heard great things about Settergrens, and many of them were true! The sales people were very helpful, and it was easy to find my item. Unfortunately, as I went to check out, a taller man, I assumed to be the manager as he was wearing ace apparel; loudly yelled at a few children to “get out of the store”. I found this to be quite inappropriate and unprofessional as the children had done nothing wrong. I found the employees very helpful, but that interactions left was quite shocking and left a negative impression on what was otherwise a good experience.

The guys that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a cool kind of old fashioned hardware store that I truly miss. They are disappearing more and more all over but especially in Texas. Thank you guys for helping us maintain my daughter's house in Richfield. Blessings!

Excellent hardware store with a great selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They had everything I needed, and the service was fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

This Ace had a weird item I couldn’t find anywhere else same day. I was personally escorted to my item by a very friendly and personable staff member which made it much easier to find than if I was on my own. This store, like all Ace’s I’ve been to, is packed to the gills with all kinds of stuff (which I appreciate bc like I said the thing I needed was weird) but I can say it is a lot cleaner and better organized than some others I’ve been to, while still offering top notch customer service. Also idk why but the key display really does something for my brain.

Great neighborhood 4th generation hardware store. Helpful friendly staff and offer services that are beyond a big box hardware store.
