⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Great experience at Blackhawk Hardware. The magnetic cabinet display for trying out handles was incredibly helpful—it made it easy to see exactly how different styles would look. They also have a huge selection of cabinet and drawer pulls and bathroom fixtures on display, which made the process much easier. Becky was fantastic—very knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”

I’m in love. This is one of the best hardware stores I’ve ever been to! That might sound like hyperbole, but it’s not and hear me out. They have everything! EVERYTHING! I’m restoring a 50 year old motorcycle and parts are hard to find; even the fasteners. Blackhawk has the best fastener (nuts and bolts) section I’ve ever seen in a hardware store. Plus it’s so nice inside and the staff is the best in the business. Really. Ask the guys in the fastener section a question and you’re going to get a real answer. They know what they’re talking about - unlike the massive “home improvement” stores where you can’t find anyone to help you; and even if you do find someone the answers are worse than your own best guess. Their people are knowledgeable. I finally understand why people might like to go to Publix or Whole Foods. It’s just nicer. That’s this place - just nicer. I can’t speak to the cost, because all the bolts and such I’m buying are 10x more expensive from the specialty catalogs. Thanks for being in Charlotte, Blackhawk. Thanks…and if you’re reading this: just go, you won’t regret it!

Blackhawk Hardware is hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. It’s not just one standout employee — every single person there is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted and asked how they can help you find what you need, and they actually take the time to help you find it. What’s even more impressive is that everyone seems to truly enjoy working there, and it shows in every interaction. These days, it’s honestly surprising to see that level of attention to customer service and customer experience, especially from a smaller hardware store. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Blackhawk Hardware absolutely deserves 5 stars.

Blackhawk, Hardware and Garden Center, a family owned (now Ace is the master company) Hardware store located at 4225 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209 is the best Hardware Store I have ever been to. It’s gigantic and has a lot, lot, lot of really awesome tools and gadgets for the home. It’s way more than just a place to get tools at. Greeter Donald was great! Very friendly as well as the other Staff there. Even the Checkout ladies were very welcoming - loved that!!!!. 2 Dogs who are the Owner’s Dogs are very sweet and ultra mellow walking around. Love dogs!!! Travel to come here - it will be worth your while!
