We purchased a Stihl chain saw at this location and we dropped it off for service and were treated so rudely at the commercial desk by a gentleman who ranted. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful so much that we reported him to management. Ace definitely could use some better screening before hiring unhinged candidates for qualified positions.

First I went in there asking for help with my shop vac. The first associate, I later come to find out, gave me the incorrect equipment. The second time I went in there, the second associate ignored me at first but then finally came to assist me. Assisting is putting it generously. I asked about the equipment and he said it was the wrong filter and then wouldn't tell me what equipment I did need and then I just went back to the section for Shop-Vac filters and got frustrated because I couldn't find what I needed. If you need excellent customer service, this is not the place where you will get it

Great store to get your DYI items from. Staff are well trained and very helpful. 4 stars because they are expensive, but I get it.

I had to go into Ace Hardware on 35th and Peoria to get my Stihl weed eater serviced. I was met by a lovely lady named Paula. She asked me about my concerns and how she could help , she ran to the back for a second and returned promptly and asked me to come on back with her where I met Joe the service man! He was Very friendly and very knowledgeable about Stihl Appliances. He was able to fix my issue right away. It was a great experience and affordable price.

This is not the typical Ace. They have so many different items and the associates are really helpful! They ask if you need help and know the store very well. It’s become my go to place for hardware.
