WARNING: They are friendly and knowledgable here - which is off-putting if you've endured years of abuse at Spring Valley Home Depot like I have! The first time I came into this Ace location, the staff greeted me with a smile. Then, another employee asked what I was looking for and took me right to the items I needed. I paid for my items with a real human checker. Now, the store is great but again...you have to mentally prepare for it. I mean, my normal Home Depot experience is to ask for help, be treated like a nuisance, and fumble around and hopefully find what I need. Then, at Home Depot checkout, there are rarely any cashiers and you have to fumble your way through the self-checkout process while staff stares at you like some kind of escaped zoo animal. Because of this new store, I can now complete home projects without taking a huge hit to my self-esteem. Thanks, Ace!

Stopped into this Ace Hardware today (opening day!!) and had such a great experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked — I found everything I needed without wandering around forever. The staff was the real standout: everyone was friendly, quick to offer help, and knowledgeable! Major callout to the owner, Brian, who was standing up front to greet every new customer and offering a friendly, helping hand. Overall just a super pleasant, easy shopping trip. I’ll definitely be coming back!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased pressure washer online and needed it to be delivered same day. It was on Friday 2 pm. Online page only had next day delivery so I called the store. I reached out to Brian, who is by the way an example of how 5 five star customer service should be, and explained my situation and asked few questions on the product as well. Brian stepped out of his way, answered all of my questions and had my purchase product delivered to me in 2 hours. It’s been years since I experienced such a professionalism and service. I recommend this store to anyone who misses quality of Texas southern hospitality and outstanding customer service. As of me, this store is my favorite, as I will never set a foot in Home Depot or Lowe’s again.

Needed about a 100 6-32x1 machine screws and there was not a box available so Miss Lakiesha and Mrs Brian Brown counted the loose screws for me. The cleaning, the staff, the ethics and the customer service was top notch. 10/10 recommended.

Every employee at this store is incredibly kind and helpful — especially Brian, who went above and beyond to help us with the delivery of our grill. The store is new, clean, and well organized, and no matter what you’re looking for, the employees are quick to step in and help before you even have to ask. The customer service here is unmatched. I’ll choose this store over Home Depot or any other store any day.
