Poor upkeep for safety of night shoppers. Location does not participate in Ace reward coupons. Seem to close whenever they choose. Just stick to the other locations. Owner needs to reinvest time/$ into the upkeep of the facility. During open hours the marquee is not lit up, which would help customers make the correct turn in order to access the parking lot. Half the roof lighting at the door are out. Arrived at 5:57 on a day they’re supposed to be open until 7p and open light is off. Seems like they decided to close at 6p today instead of 7p. One set of doors is locked. Street light in parking lot flickers in and out. Could be used as a set for a scary movie in a desolate town. Does not seem like they want customers. Just close down and let a thriving business come to Va Beach, smh. However, two gentlemen working were well-mannered and attentive

Ken was professional, funny, and helpful, and the staff overall were awesome. I really loved the energy from the entire team. They made the visit smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish. Truly a good experience all around.

This is a really nice store, and the people who work here, are very helpful and professional. Check out their Adirondack chairs for your patio or deck. They have everything you need for your bbq, with many items that you can't anywhere else!!!

I love this place! The employees are always willing to help and answer my questions. I brought in a small door that I couldn't get the screw out of one of the hinges. They didnt try to sell me anything, but removed the screw. Worth going to over Lowes or Home Depot any day.

Employees are rude for no reason. Edit: The owners response to my comment is an example of what I mean. I live less than a mile from this location, not where ever "hilltop" is.
