Women, do yourself a favor and go to a different ACE if you want to be treated like an adult. This is the third time I’ve visited this location—and the last. This time, I asked where I could find a specific type of screw, and was then questioned about whether I REALLY needed that type and specifically what I was using it for, trying to talk me out of buying it. I knew exactly what I needed and wasn’t asking for advice, but apparently they assume incompetence if you are a woman. Do better, ACE. I’ll drive eight miles out of my way to visit another location in the future.

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location on various products. The manager refused to honor the sale price of this tag for this hose ($37.99) when this hose kept ringing up at $44.99. We had another handful of items to purchase, which would have been over $100 in total, but instead we walked out spending no money at this location. Also... We won't be back to spend any more money at this location. I wonder how the owner feels about that. This $7.00 mistake will cost them hundreds of dollars due to poor customer service. I will absolutely contact the Department of Weights and Measures on Monday. Note: the sale price is valid through July 31, today is July 19. UPDATE: 30 minutes later we left another Ace Hardware that honored the sale price as posted on the hose display. Total sale dollars out the door: $118.39

The people are very nice, however I would not recommend getting paint mixed/matched there. I brought a can of paint that we had gotten there before to be matched. I had the can with paint in it along with the formula label on the original can. Several people tried multiple times to get the color right and when they thought they had it, I brought it home and it was not a good match at all. I had to take it to Lowe’s to get a comparable match, so I was out $40.00 for non refundable paint.

Clean and well stocked. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about lifetime guarantees and warrantee stuff. But what do you expect? It's an ace hardware. They are always top notch

Want to shop local, but... Drove 25 miles because they had an EGO chainsaw in stock and said they gave a military discount. Bought the item, and did not receive the discount. I questioned this, and the clerk simply said, 'Sorry, but some products do not get discounted.' She offered to have the manager come talk to us, but the manager didn't seem to want to come out. She showed up 10 minutes later, apologized, and said she couldn't help. We returned the item and bought it 15 minutes later at Lowe's with the military discount. Shame on the owner for advertising a military discount to appear generous, but only offering it on low-ticket items. We also called another local ACE, and they assured us that they give the discount on EGO products - shame on this Gilbert franchise owner.
