Jasmin Ahmetovic 3 months agoBeing customer for 15 plus years. I know every single worker overthere. Since remodeling this place is beautiful BUT customer service is really bad. Always greeted once arrived but there is no more helping like it was before. They told you which isle and go figure on your own. Well I can have that at Lowes and HD. Always willing to pay more because it was quick in and out but that was Past. Taking my money somewhere else. Thx
Blake H (Lucid) 2 months agoLie over the phone just to waste ur time!!! I'll never use this chain of Ace again I called ahead. Told u cut car keys. Nope Get in store. Not only do u NJ to cut car keys. U won't cut customer supplied keys
Jeremy Rosenthal 4 months agoWalked into this ACE and it was absent of any employee to ask for assistance, so I looked around myself and did not see what I came in for. I went to the front counter and found Blaise who knew exactly where one last lawnmower was that I needed. Suddenly, it's like an all call was broadcast and there was staff everywhere helping me load and bring it out to help load it. Bought a gas can and gas treatment too. Thanks for the help and service.
