My husband and I visited Central Arizona Supply today in search of a new kitchen faucet.They had a wide variety of manufacturers and styles on display. The sales person who worked with us was Zach. He was very knowledgeable about the different options out on the floor and was able to give us approximate costs as we narrowed down our search. He was also able to share important information about manufacturers’ warranties. Zach was very personable, accommodating, and professional. We’re looking forward to the arrival of our new Delta faucet! Thank you, Zach!

Dave is the absolute BEST!! Total Rockstar!! He knows his products and he knows customer service!! A family had a gas control valve go out on Friday afternoon and it was discovered what the issue was on Friday evening. I called first thing Saturday morning to see if we could get a warranty part and of course everything is closed on Saturday. Dave reached out to the warehouse on Saturday and was able to get a favor and get that part delivered to the shop. I was able to pick it up on Saturday and install the part so the family with a newborn baby could have hot water and heat going into the holiday weekend when nobody was going to be open on Monday. He sure went above and beyond and could’ve easily said sorry I can’t help you till Monday but he went ahead and went the extra 10 miles and did everything he could to make it happen and sure enough he was able to make it work and I am so thankful for his customer service and so was the family that he was able to help! It’s the small things like that that really serves others in this world and we need more people like Dave! I will always come back to Central Arizona Supply for all of my plumbing and heating needs! Dave, you’re the best!!

Our Water Heater went out recently and came here to get a new one! Cody was amazing and helpful. We had a list of parts we needed and he did not complain at all when checking if they had them in stock or not. I was highly recommended this place and if your lucky to see him there, ask for Cody!

Update: They credited some money back, so I'm giving them 4 stars. Because they did address the issue. We purchased a Toto Washlet and a toilet to go with it from the Mesa sales office. The toilet was sold to us as one with the ability to hide the hose in the back (extra hole so the water hose wouldn't stick out to the side). After it was installed, we noticed this feature was NOT included.

Great service. I went here to replace the missing trim on a shower valve for a family member's house. The parts desk was able to help me identify the valve I was looking to repair and sold me everything I needed for the job.
