Ace Hardware is hands down my go-to spot. The customer service is on another level — you walk in and someone actually asks if you need help instead of just pointing you down an aisle. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about getting you the right product the first time. They have way more in stock than you’d expect, and if they don’t have it, they’ll help you find a solution. Prices are fair, the store is clean and organized, and checkout is always quick. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that still feels local and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

Staff are always nice! Jeff helped us today when we were looking for preen. He got us right to it. We stopped going to Lowe’s or Home Depot because this Ace has that home Midwest feel where everyone is nice. Not one negative thing to say as we have been here so many times!

Dan was phenomenal! My husband went in there today to seek help for changing a broken light switch and Dan helped him and we got it fixed!!! He was so patient and kind and I just can’t believe we got it fixed by ourselves with his instructions. He had complete faith in us and we did it!!! I was so scared because we aren’t handy at all but for less than $7 we got it fixed!! I love you Dan!!! Thank you!!!!!!

I’m so grateful for this location tonight! After four long months, I returned home to find that the AC was out. I needed a very specific part, but unfortunately, the Ace was just minutes away from closing. My wife had called ahead, and they graciously agreed to let me in even after hours to quickly grab the part. The customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciate the staff’s assistance.

Last time I’ll try to support small business here. Unstocked shelves. Empty boxes on shelves from merchandise being stolen. Tried to return a hitch reciver because it wasn’t the right size. Asked for cash back because I had to order a new card and didkt have the card I paid with. Was treated as I’m a criminal because I want cash back and not store credit. My money is my money. Just had to return something to harbor freight and they gave cash back with no problem or argument. Figure it out ace hardware.
