Great selection of goods. Greeted at door. Very hospitable. Shannon helped us and went above and beyond. We got some lawn stuff and will be back for more! Jay and Mal were also amazing. Greg was also awesome as the BBQ Expert! Thank you guys!

I was greeted at the door. An associate (Dillon) saw me looking down an aisle, approached me and asked if he could help. Then he led me to the exact aisle, showed me the variety of options available, then stayed with me to make suggestions based on what I was trying to accomplish. Excellent. I took his suggestion, brought the product home. It worked perfectly. I had my own Christmas stores in my younger days . . and I looked for associates like Dillon but found very few with his natural ability in a retail aisle. Way to go Dillon . . great job!

Always very welcoming and helpful. Greg seems to know exactly what I need every time I visit, and my 3 year old daughter loves going here for the free popcorn and sometimes they have a treasure chest for her to pick a fun toy from. The best hardware store.

Wonderful customer service. Greg was quick to provide a solution for a camera installation. He provided a service the "other stores" could not provide as it was outside a normal request. Thank you again Greg!

Not all Ace hardware stores are created equal but they all want to grow up to be like Paul's in mesa! Especially if the hire a Jay Murphy. Not a joke but what do you get when a 5 ft 10 blonde and her almost 6 ft brunette friend walk into an Ace hardware store needing electrical wire and boxes for installing outlets on the patio...? Professional and knowledgeable service from Jay Murphy! He didn't jerk us around or make us feel stupid cuz we're chick's and he was just as knowledgeable, if not more than our contractor, who he had no issue speaking with via speaker phone when he called to add another item to the list. Jay was already on it. Great experience! Thanks Jay!!
