Great place. Not a Sprinkler guy, but I had a nozzle cap blow spring water everywhere. Dreaded going into one of the massive hardware stores for such a little cap. Walked into this ace, was greeted immediately. Showed the guy what I needed. He took me right to it. Issue fix. Thank you guys! Longtime customer.

If you want great customer service right in your neighborhood with friendly, knowledgeable employees. Go here!!! They are great at helping you find what you need..without walking a mile to get there too. I have particularly found this ACE helpful with finding small nuts and bolts and that type of hardware to get exactly what I needed when I didn't really know which things could meet my particular needs. The one in Tucson helped my cousin and I with hooking up natural gas to a grill and saved us many headaches. I also would rather support ACE than the local box-stores when possible. They are closer to home, and more friendly. Walmart under pays the employees and generally had bad business practices. If you need a new automotive key🔑 or a key FOB they do it on the spot quickly and efficiently. I go there first.

I can see why people go to HD or Lowes instead. I rarely shop here. I bought a few hooks and I tried ton return 2 of them, unused, 34 days later, thinking they'd have the standard 90 days as offered by HD and Lowes. Nope, no exceptions. Can't even give me a store credit. Never Aces again.

Go ask Alice - she knows. Alice found me a very specific set of toggle bolts for wall-mount project. It's all done and I love it.

I had 2 Screens, made for the front of the house. Front bedroom. Black screens, made with a perfect fit and great look. From the outside to the inside of the house the screens look great. Big improvement. Cat tore up the old screens that were outdated, 1980s mosquito screens. So they got an updated version. Thank you Ace Hardware. Fair price and work was done on time.
