I went in there last Monday in the middle of the day and the gentleman at least was honest enough to tell him he didn't know a whole lot about brass fitting some plumbing which is fine. I prefer the honesty. I knew enough what was frustrating is going up to the counter and asking if they price match Lowe's or home Depot and I showed her specifically from their website the exact same items for only a few dollars cheaper. And her response was we're much cooler so we can charge more. Didn't bother asking anyone at all. Nothing or giving me at least a reason. Instead she gave me a smart response and I sat there and said so you won't even ask and her response to that is if you like you can go and buy it there or you can pay what we're asking. Never again. Will I shop at Ace hardware!

Great service by Scott. I needed an O-ring replaced to repair this weed sprayer. He located the right one after searching an extensive inventory. .99 cents. Great Value✅✅✅ I don’t waste my time anymore roaming big box stores with no one to help you find anything.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Goes out of their way to help everyone, especially the elderly that have a hard time getting things from top shelf. They walk you to where the item you are looking for, and then ask if you have any questions or need to find anything else. However their computer system is terrible. It only logs my purchases about 10% of the time, and that means it only accepts my rewards account 10% of the time. I have a key tag, and the app and neither are accepted most the time. Mu phone number never is. Some staff dont even say the code was not accepted. If thier system can't log in and track and honor rewards members, I will go to the one on Power that does. They should be ashamed to not be able to scan all ace rewards members, especially when its from the barcode in the App!!!!

I needed a few 1/2 - 13, grade 8 bolts about 3" long that were full thread. I was told I'd most likely have to go to a specialty bolt shop for those because they usually have a shoulder on them so I wasnt very hopeful that I'd find what I needed, but this place has them and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable.

I just want to give a shout out to Lucy! In a world that's now full of "self checkout" lanes or cashiers that will hardly look at you, let alone have any bit of a conversation with you, Lucy went above and beyond making conversation with me as I was checking out. She generally sounded interested in projects that I was working on and left me with a smile on my face as I left the store. Great customer service has always been found at this store whenever I have shopped there. Thank you! It is so much appreciated!
