My husband went here to buy paint for our house yesterday. He wanted a Clark Kensington white dove. We have been using this for our living room and kitchen. The employee gave him another brand which is more expensive and my husband was forced to pay because it’s already mixed. Seven minutes later on the way home (the receipt showed the check out time was 3:07, he sent me the picture of the paint spill at 3:14), he made a turn at the intersection, one of the two can’s lid fell off and spilled all in the trunk. My husband rushed to Home Depot to buy cleaning supplies and went home to clean the mess. My husband, my brother in law, and I spent 6 hours to clean the car. We can remove some paints on the carpet that we can take out of the car, but we got no hope on the part that couldn’t be take out. We went back to the store and tried to talk to the store manager. She was not sure how to deal with it so she called the owner. The employee who mixed the paint for my husband said he is sure he secured the lib. The owner said the moment my husband left the store, it’s not their responsibility anymore. The store offered us 2 new paint cans for replacement. Let us rent the rug Doctor machine for free and the oxy clean. We came back home and continued cleaning till midnight. The rug doctor machine doesn’t help that much since the vacuum head is too big, it can’t really go to the small space to clean the details. At this point, I think we will need to go to get the professional cleaning service or replace the whole carpet in the trunk. We are so saddd. The lesson we learned from it is if you buy paint, check the lid to make sure it’s secure before putting in your car. It would be safer if you also put it in a box. I want to say thank you to the store for offering the paint replacement and the machine. The store manager was very helpful and communicative. I hope no one will experience this pain :(

For a relatively small store, they are packed with little gems and the people here are always eager to help out. I had 3 locks re-keyed here and every one of them work great! Then, I wanted a good lube for them and door hinges. They had just the thing. Thanks, good job guys!

I went in there today for a few things for a tiny house project and a set of keys. I got the keys and Tommy approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I explained that I was installing a little plug in ceiling fan in my sons room and what I was needing. Tommy was so extremely helpful and nice, got me set up with the tools and hardware I needed and then THANKED ME for coming in! Less than an hour later, my project is completed and I didn't need to leave halfway through to get something else! I absolutely love this Ace Hardware and will be coming here more often!! Thank you!!

The service is great here. I didn't know how to open my BMW key fob, and all I was doing was buying a battery, and they opened the key fob for me. They have great customer service. They Test it out after they put in the key fob battery for me.

Hi I was at your store this week to pick up some supplies and the two gentleman in the back were very helpful they guided me to find the supplies I needed. Also the lady at the register was very nice and answered my questions about the HELP WANTED sign on the door. Thank you so much.
