Excellent store. Well stocked and great location with plenty of parking for pickup trucks. The key making desk is very efficient. The best brands of hardware is all here. Great knowledgeable staff.

I only went in because they had the Magnolia paints (which are gorgeous, well priced, and good quality by the way!) and I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff is. I even had someone open the door for me on my way in. I’ve gone in three times for paint samples and there is always someone there at the register asking what I need right away. It honestly makes it feel more like a small town store. All the staff has been wonderful and I will be back!

This Ace Hardware is truly a well-oiled ship. The moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk greeted me, pointed me exactly where I needed to go, and even radioed ahead that I was coming, all while helping another customer at the register. Talk about efficiency! Josh helped me in the back with my window screen replacements and was both professional and incredibly personable. You’ve earned a customer for life. Truly one of the nicest in-store experiences I’ve ever had. You guys are doing a great job at hiring and training your staff!

Best plumbing supply house in mesa. As long as they have parts. It seems they only want to stock 1-2 pieces of some items which always seem to be out when I’m needing them. But the customer service and counter help is by far superior to any other locations and absolutely outweighs the lack of parts in stock needed in my opinion. Hopefully they can start stocking 3-4 and reorder when it’s down to 2. 😅

Jeremy is awesome. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Within 10 minutes he had shown me their selection, fueled up the blower I wanted, fired it up to make sure it worked and had me on my way. Never had such a good experience in a hardware store. Normally I would stare at what I am looking for for 30 minutes then spend 15 minutes wandering in search of someone to assist me. Ten out of five stars, couldn't recommend this store and Jeremy enough.
