This place was filled with really kind and well-explained people. Among them, Tom was kind and gentle like my uncle. It's such a place to feel and I'm always going to use this place.

Online order for pickup. Tool was already opened and missing accessories. Store failed to pick up on first call, clerk sounded annoyed on the second call. They don't check if your item has been ransacked, resulting in loss time for returns. They have what I need, 2 stars. edit: they gave my wife the run around claiming they cannot replace the tool only. Go to this ACE if you want to waste your day.

Great place to find those items the larger stores do not carry! I was looking for replacements for my windows closures (home built in the 60's) and found them! Employees very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a Traeger grill for my husband and gave it to him on Christmas Day. Needless to say, it didn’t work, so I called Ace store, oops, closed so I reached out to Traeger 800 number. After 3 attempts, an hour wait for each. I finally got ahold of a clerk from Guadamala City, she helped me for 2-1/2 hours later, “mother board fried,” sending new part and I’ll find someone to install the part. I asked if I could call Ace, no, we handle all repairs from the corporate level. I received a huge, heavy box about 3 days later. I’ve been trying with the Traeger corporate office to get the part installed for the last 20 days. I’d call, wait an hour for a clerk, only to get disconnected several more times. I got a technician who was able to locate a business in Southern California to schedule an appointment. We talked again on Jan 10 and 11, she was unable to get a clerk to come to my house. I asked again if I could call Ace, yes was the answer. I called the Ace store on Valley View, GG and talked to the manager. Traci was her name, and she had her best technician, Michael come yesterday (Jan13). He was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond all expectations. He stayed here until the work was completed. I highly recommend this Ace store for any of your house hardware needs!!! Traci and Michael went way beyond just helping us, they reminded us why we shop locally and return to a store, that goes out of their way to bring customer service a reality.

We have shopped here for YEARS. Everyone has ALWAYS been so helpful. We recently visited with our son, who has autism, and BRANDON was particularly helpful, receptive, and kind. This is a perfect example of why we shop at our local neighborhood store (as opposed to a big chain store [HD for example]). Brandon made our day with his generosity , friendliness, and exceptional customer service skills. I left the store with tears of happiness in my eyes! (That never happens)
