Woodward Ace Hardware is a great little spot. The staff here are super friendly and helpful every time I stop in — honestly, some of the nicest people you’ll meet. The store itself is on the smaller side, but they’ve packed it with a solid selection, especially a ton of YETI gear, which surprised me for a local Ace. The building has that old-school charm from the outside, kind of a 1980s vibe, with lots of American flags flying out front. It’s easy to get to, parking is simple, and overall it feels like a classic neighborhood hardware store. Definitely recommend this Ace — great staff, good selection, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We were able to find special order replacement brackets for our bathroom drawers. The packages were 11-years old and we got two sets for $7.48. In comparison, a private seller on Amazon wanted $15.00 for just one set! If you use the app Google Lens, you can take a photo of what you need and Google Lens will give you the information where you may find your desired item ( replacement part). We called Woodward’s Ace Hardware & they had our replacement item in stock. We paid beforehand to reserve our purchase at the front checkout counter. Good customer service at Woodward's Ace Hardware! Remembering my late father and two uncles (ie.,that served in the Army during WWII) this 🇺🇸Memorial Day weekend🇺🇸 Thank you to all that served & paid the ultimate price for our freedom. ACE to me seems like the last of the true American hardware stores.. a place that you walk in, you’re greeted, they sell classic toys, ice cream and give popcorn to make the kids happy. They always seem to have that odd, obscure, hard to find item without fail. I love them for that.. that and the fact that their people KNOW their stuff and about what may be best for the job (in my experience). Never mind the fact that for a rather small store, they have an expert pretty much at every location! The cashiers always seem like my firm grandmother— strict, straight to the point, and always have enough time to make the kiddo smile. Thank you, Ace. :)

This ACE is not my normal location but all lications ive been are superior. The knowledge of expertise was amazing. What i love about ACE is they really do have everything you need for different size projects. Thanks for your help.

They are very bad for return. I had bought item from Culver city Ace store and Employee was very clear that I can return any Ace Hardware store. Lady at counter at this store was not respectful to reconsider despite with Receipt. Jeff has posted below and asked me to email him. I emailed on Feb 1st to be precise and have yet to get any response to my email.
