AVOID THIS LOCATION. Their hours aren’t what’s listed. Poorly managed. If you call the number, you get some strange voice mail. I asked one of the employee at the front desk what’s going on and he said he’s not the manager and basically couldn’t care less. Totally unprofessional.

I live Ace. Whenever I go, no matter which location, I always find someone who knows the answers to whatever question I have. Whether it is product availability, product location, product use and quality, there is always someone who can answer me. Not only is everyone knowledgeable, but they are friendly, approachable and eager to help.

Excellent service, in my case in the hardware Dept. and cashier. It is bigger than it looks from the outside, parking is a little weird (no big parking lot like most Ace's have) but found a spot pretty quickly towards the back.

**Avoid this Ace Hardware location.** On Oct 17, 2025, I tried to return a defective item, but the manager, Andrew (the bald guy mentioned in other bad reviews), refused because the package was opened. When I explained that you have to open it to see it’s defective, he just said, “I don’t know, buddy, that’s the policy,” in a rude, dismissive tone. His attitude was unprofessional, and several employees just stood by watching instead of helping. It’s not about the $3.59—it’s about the lack of respect and poor customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Went in to get my car key battery replaced not knowing how and Carlos was super helpful in helping me not only find the right battery but also get it replaced as well. I really appreciated the service!
