I don't give him very many 5 star reviews for considering this place was closed when I got here and I'm a little rough around the edges and I wasn't made to feel a certain way like I was there to steal I get that a lot and I'm okay with that the employees were very very polite and helped me In getting the parts that I needed Alejandro thank you. You're awesome man. Definitely need more consumers with values as the employees were in this establishment and it was Ace hardware not true value what do you know So if you want true value you'll find it in this Ace hardware

I had a great experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Fabian who went above and beyond to help me. I wasn’t exactly sure what parts I needed for my project, and I was having trouble figuring it out on my own. The employee took the time to listen to what I was trying to do, asked a few helpful questions, and walked me through the store to find the exact parts I needed. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, which made the whole process much easier for me. Because of his assistance, I was able to get everything I needed and finish my project without any confusion. Customer service like that really stands out, and it’s the reason I’ll continue coming back to this Ace Hardware. Great job and thank you for the excellent help!

I will take this time to recognize excellent customer service. Competitors told me that what I was trying to do was impossible , well your guy Chris found everything I needed in the matter of seconds. Now I can carry on with my project. Much thanks 👍🏼

I came in looking for a grill and I found a great one at a fair price, a Weber. The staff even set up a delivery date and they're going to have a professional build my grill(a service included if you're an ace member) I plan to come back and purchase my propane and charcoal from Ace.
