The staff here is excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful. Manager Chris went the extra mile to help me with paint, and gave good advice that helped me. Another gentleman who worked there also provided excellent service... I'd mention him by name and commend his friendly excellence, but I forgot his name (Greg Maybe? Sorry!), so I can only say that you have another unnamed excellent guy for now. Thanks guys!

Nice people but extremely limited inventory and completely untrained personnel. They only know which category of items is on which isle. Unless you know precisely what you need and it's a garden variety item that for some reason you prefer not to buy online, go elsewhere.

they can't do returns using credit card. They only accept using receipts and they gave me a gift card. I found the receipt a couple of minutes later. I took it back and they said they already processed the return. They can't undo anything.. go to Home Depot

I was starting a project I have never done, and Brian took the time to guide me, look at my project, and guide me in the right direction with the appropriate supplies. Super grateful! Without his help, I would have been wandering the store for hours. Learned something new about tools too!

Ace hardware is generally small compared to other big hardware stores so it has limited stock of things but its a nice well stocked store good for finding tools, hardware, home and gardening basic essentials.
