What a great hardware store! They’ve got a wide variety of products like those big box stores do, but with much better, friendlier service. This is the place to go when you have questions about a project or product. Best part: Well behaved dogs are welcome in the store! And the cashiers have treats! The “pet supplies” section isn’t quite as extensive as a dedicated pet store, but there’s a pretty wide variety of quality products, and all the essentials are here.

They do carry a nice selection and the layout of the store is well configured. My only qualm is with the employees who are seemingly lacking in their customer service skills. I always try to give a place the benefit of the doubt yet have discovered that it is likely the mantra of the store. Staff is very unfriendly and act put out when asked anything so much as what aisle a speicifc item is on. It is a shame that such would be the case at an establishment in such a lovely city.

At this specific location, Rudy is so kind and helpful! I was trying to find a new shower head to best suit my building's old pipes, and he not only helped me find the right option, but also offered to install it himself when I said I'd rather not do it myself since I've been dealing with a back issue. Thank you Rudy for your kindness and your professionalism. I had been a big fan of Ace for a long time, but now this location specifically because of Rudy!

It was not crowded. No wait at cashier. Cashier was polite and curious. Nice hardware store. Plants need to be cheaper.
