My first visit to the store was almost 12 years ago. It still has not changed in the way they treat their customers and the customer service that they provide. Every time I walk in there's always someone available and asks me if I need help. I really admire the fact that they approached you instead of you approaching them. And their prices are also amazing. Great prices great customer service if you're unsure of something just visit that place and I'm sure they have the Knowledge and Skills to guide you to the right part. Thank you for bringing True Value to what you do everyday.

Hane True Value Hardware is a great neighborhood hardware store with a good selection of everyday tools and supplies. I appreciate how organized the aisles are, making it easy to find what I need. The staff are friendly and always willing to offer helpful suggestions.

I was able to find the roof staples I needed for the repair at my home. The person that helped me provided different options and mentioned the right kind of accessories I needed that had the best value, seemed to be very knowledgeable, will come back to get that same kind of service
