I stopped by here to purchase a product for roof water proof and the guy with the glasses and the cashier were not helpful and said I should go online and when I asked for help for ordering the fist question was "you got the name of it?" Why ever bother to ask if I know what it is! Hire better people, this is not good for the business.

I love LOVE LOVE this store! I go here more than Home Depot! I especially love the excellent customer service I receive whenever I enter the store! From walking in, I see familiar faces like LUIS and MARCUS. These two especially know how to treat their customers, as I'm sure all the customer care team does, but those two stand out to me because they've helped me a lot with my needs. I am thankful for a hardware store like this in my area that is very helpful and has everything I need. I would recommend this store over any hardware store in this area!
