Another positive experience. I was looking for natural pest control products and clay pots. I was asked by THREE different employees if I needed help finding anything. Compare that to ZERO employees asking if I needed any help at Home Depot on Capitol Expressway. This is why I will continue to shop at Ace. Great job by the staff at this Ace Harware!

I was desperately looking for same-day tulip bulbs: after calling nearly fifteen local plant nurseries all telling me “out of season, out of season”, I was about to give up. I gave Google.com one last look, and found out that this ACE Hardware location did have some left. Phew! On my way out, one of the managers helped me by going to get me the bag of potty mix I was requesting. All in all, world-class service.

Came in for a water hose and had trouble deciding when an employee, young man helped me. He was already carrying a heavy item when he stopped and offered to help. Customer service at this location and the ACE off of Alameda are top notch.

Bad experience as always. Last time we got wrong coupon from them and this time it takes 10 minutes to completely find the ordered items and let me pick up the order. Staff are not nice too.

Beautiful new hardware store! I'm so excited, since The Home Depot burnt down, the nearest hardware store is Lowe's and it's not that close. The staff is friendly and it's bigger than most Ace hardware stores so it's got a great selection of items. Aisles are nice and wide, just great!
