If you want amazing customer service, come here. I always choose this place over Home Depot and only go there if I have no other option. Ace is owned by independent business owners, which I really appreciate and love supporting. In that sense, it is a small business, just with multiple owners. The team here genuinely seems happy, and that makes a real difference as a customer. Good service has gone downhill since 2020, but this place is a clear exception.

I've used both in-store and curbside pickup for online orders; both are convenient and relatively quick if you go during non-peak hours. And they will hold for ~5-days so you don't have to rush. I suggest downloading their app for mobile convenience, but order from computer or padfor visibility.

So glad to have a hardware store back in the neighborhood. It’s at the site of the old Pier one. As with most ACE hardware, the stores it is well stocked for a home owner, clean and friendly helpful staff. I usually go to the LG ACE so am super happy this is in my local neighborhood. I stopped by to get some keys cut and happened to be helped by Darren, one of the managers, he was so helpful and very nice to deal with. Looking forward to more trips to this store.

4.5 hours at home depot. Problem remains unsolved. Replacement parts not in stock. 20 minutes at Ace Hardware, thanks to Spencer's and Rebecca's help. Problem solved. I will be coming to Ace first for any Hardware needs from now on. That may very well have been my first mistake. Thank you to Rebecca for being patient with me and helping me with plan A, and big thanks to Spencer's for helping me pinpoint the issue I was having and coming up with plan B. The problem was resolved almost immediately after their assistance.
