I walked in and there was an employee there asking why I was there. I said I need a return he asked do I have a receipt if I don’t have a receipt he can’t do a return and then I mentioned I purchased it on my account. My plumbing fixtures were not allowed to be returned. You try to keep the smaller chains in business and not go to Home Depot or Lowe’s but they will allow a return over 30 days. I bought a plumbing fitting at Lowe’s since ACE didn’t have it and I was allowed a return there. Sorry ACE. I don’t think I can do business with you in the future. (I even asked for store credit and they declined)

This location is a new and recently opened location right next to Lucky's, located on bernal road. This Ace location has a door inside the store that you can go into Lucky's. This store is a very small location.

I purchased my barbecue grill from them and they did an amazing job. They assembled it and delivered it. I will be going to this ACE for years to come.
