I came in looking for a Christmas tree stand tonight when they are sold out almost everywhere and they helped me right away and they knew exactly what they were talking about. They have awesome customer service.

Ace Hardware always employs truly helpful and knowledgeable staff that can answer most any question a non handy person could have. They carry excellent quality products. Their stores are stocked as if they have a sixth sense and know more about what you need than you do. Rarely would I consider any hardware store other than Ace.
