A great neighborhood hardware store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well mannered dogs are welcome and they may even get a treat. Parking entrance is to the right just before the store (parking structure).

Terrible support for home improvement projects. Was advised to buy certain products to install a TV mount, when two of the products were defective they refused to return or replace the items. I had all the items to be returned in the original packaging. Store manager and associates would not even verify that the products were defective.. Despite the receipt stating returns are accepted, there are printout signs taped to the checkout monitors (hidden by other products for sale) stating that no tools can be returned (apparently any item sold by them is considered a tool). Also, opened tools or tools not in original packaging cannot be returned. Essentially, the only situation a return is offered is if you buy it, walk back in right after and request a return. Very rude staff as well, they spoke very condescendingly and created an uninviting environment. Several customers left without making purchases after overhearing the conversation with me.

We only came here for the frozen pie, and it was surprisingly not disappointed at all. Love the flavor selection! The pie came out perfect and quite tasty. Parking was not easy, so 1 star was taken away from my review.

My partner purchased a light bulb here, and when she asked about the return policy, an employee proceeded to tell her she is the proud owner of the light bulb and they wouldn’t be accepting the return. If you look online at the return policy, it’s 30 days with a receipt. This employee wasn’t even the cashier helping her or the employee who helped in-store; rather someone who needed to have an argument. Completely unprofessional. Guess it’s a good thing the light bulb was the right size so we didn’t have to argue about the return.
