Terrible customer service from Michelle. Incredibly rude, sat on her phone playing a game behind the counter while we were in line, when she finally looked up to help us she made us super uncomfortable and wouldn't stop talking about her ex husband. If this is her behavior to a first time customer, someone needs to get this woman a therapist. Jose was really nice though, super helpful and kind.

Went in for a Milwaukee drill gun, had already checked their site for stores that sales this product. i decided to go to this Ace hardware knowing that they had it in stock and for the price online. the guy, the store clerk kept saying he didn't have the tool for that price or perhaps i was thinking of another brand, that i was confused! as he was very happy to sale me more expensive tools i told him i know what i am looking for and for that price and yet he also would not take any out from the locked shelf behind him. well, i should not be force to tell a clerk at a store that i am a mechanic and i work on air craft for a living! just to be shown or sold tools. i would recommend not going to this store for Milwaukee tools check their website they list the stores that sale their tools, right after i went to home depot which is listed as one of the stores that sale these tools! and found the exact one for the price. Don't go to this location anywhere but this one! very bad experience! i give this minus stars if i could! Milwaukee website gives list of stores that sale this product for that same sale price, Home Depot and Ace Hardware were both on this sites list of the exact tool I was looking for, Home Depot didn’t have this issue, had a better experience!

Charlie and Alec were so helpful in getting my wood cut for a home project. They were friendly and very professional. Store is clean and representatives are kind. Highly recommend!

Good people, good service. Ace carries a lot of products that the big box stores don't have.
