This has to be the rudest Ace hardware I've ever been to. The staff act as though you're bothering them if you ask them questions about a product, or where something is. They're not very knowledgeable or helpful. The one in Los Gatos is much better!

I walked in here and a man in his 40's named Andy greeted me. I was going to purchase some items but as I was heading to the front I caught him checking out a young lady who had just walked into the store. I stayed out of sight and heard him saying highly inappropriate things about her and what he would like to do to her. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I left without buying anything. I later found out he's the owner of the Ace store and I will never again support this business of this creep.

Found what I was looking for (Gopher Hawk). At the time of my visit, all the staffs are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! The parking is ample. I recommend coming to this store out of rush hours.

Happy ACE is back, with new owners. Substantial investments in the building will hopefully yield great results. The ACE has a lot of new brands and unique touches, unlike typical HD or Lowe’s. Personal service exudes here, they even have Walnut slabs, random but awesome. The new store layout is well organized. I expect to support this location for many more years as my neighborhood hardware store.
