I’m so grateful to have this store in my neighborhood! They have a great staff that always helps me figure out whatever I need to get the job done. Tisha and Patty are absolutely top-notch! Gold stars for these ladies!!! Tisha is my go to woman there because she never fails me and helps get what I need quick! I love when Patty is cashiering. She always takes an extra minute to pet my dog and give her a bone. She’s very kind and gives great customer service!

I needed to get a few nuts for my bolts and wasn’t sure at all how I would find the right size. Noah approached me and from five feet away he could tell the size of the nut I needed and found the out of the way place it was located. Im sure if I’d gone to Lowe’s or Home Depot I’d still be there. Thanks for the great customer service.

Needed some orange paint for one of my projects and yup! They absolutely had the color I wanted. Bright orange isn't usually the sort of color most places keep on the shelf. Well, these guys do. Definitely my go to place to get the things I want. They surpass my expectations every time.

Used to shop here regularly until I was falsely accused of theft. I was looking around for some tools, and an employee came up to me asking if I need help? I said im okay for now. Then they had another employee come ask me the same thing. I said im okay again. This time the employee stood next to me and watched me. I started walking through a different aisles and the employee left to go get another employee. The employee asked me what do I need. I proceed to tell the employee a list of tools I was looking for. She then went a brought me a wrong tool. So I was getting ready to walk out the store because I didn't find what I was looking for. On my way out I was stopped by a group of employees accusing me of theft even though I had multiple people following around and "help". They made a huge scene we're very unfriendly, cursing at me even telling other customers that I had stolen. I told them to search me and check their cameras because im not a thief, and told them i did not find what i was looking for. One of the customer's had to step in and help me out because they would not leave me alone or let me leave. They Frisbee and checked all my pockets to realize i had not stolen. Finally after 10 mins of being harassed and dehumanized they let me leave.

I really like this hardware store! They have an amazing selection! Their customer service is fantastic! They make fresh popcorn for customers to eat, while they shop! They made keys for my Subaru Outback! Their key making department is amazing! They have so many choices and can make keys for cars, houses, etc! They make the keys to the newer cars with the electronic buttons and the prices are much better than the dealership! They didn’t carry the key to my car, so they special ordered it! Julie was so friendly and worked to ensure that the key worked perfectly, she checked it and then double checked it! Travis helped, when my car decided to be fussy! I left a very happy customer! Thank You, Julie and Travis! 😁 They have hard to find cleaning supplies! They carry all the nuts and bolts, nails, etc. They have cabinet pulls. They carry plumbing and electrical supplies. They carry stuff for the garden and everything to winterize your home! They carry Yankee Candle products. They have cooking supplies. If you can’t find something, ask! If they don’t have it, they can probably order it! You must really come in and look around! This is the hardware store of years ago, you will not go for minutes after minutes without seeing an employee. This is the friendly Ace Hardware Store that you went to years ago, with all the advantages of modern check outs and rapid special orders.
