Id give NO stars if that was an option! The way my mother was just treated was beyond appalling! My mom was taking a window screen to get re-screened (sign is still up that they do them) well my mother didn't get all the way in the store before the cashier lady hollered "we don't do those here" highly unprofessional and NOT customer friendly at all! She should be ashamed of herself! Won't be visiting this location EVER AGAIN!

I went in with an issue for my toilet that had been running water for sometime, The associate Kimberly was amazing. She was incredibly helpful kind and I didn’t feel judged in anyway being a new homeowner with a simple problem. She offered great advice and found me a product that was much cheaper than the one I would’ve purchased saving me a lot of money time and hassle. I highly recommend going to see Kimberly at Ace Hardware store #15201 in Colorado Springs.

Don’t take your window screens here to be fixed… they don’t know what they are doing at all! Thought I could trust them to screen up one frame last season and it took me a while to put it back in since winter hit and we didn’t open the windows. Now that it’s getting warm and put the screen in, they put the screen in so tight in the frame that the sides are pulled away from the window on both sides and it is bowed, leaving a huge gap on each side. For $40+, I would’ve expected them to be perfect, but now that I mistakenly “assumed” they would be ok when I put them up in the spring, I no longer have my receipt, so $40 down the drain and mosquitos and other flying insects are coming in through the gaps. Kicking myself for not doing it myself! Will never trust these people to fix my screens again! I guess there’s no one to be upset with but myself cause you know what happen when you “assume” things!

Was here recently and a gentleman named Jerry helped me find a natural gas cap for my line behind the dryer. I showed him a picture and he was quick to suggest the right cap that was similar and appropriate for the job. Thank you for the amazing service and help Jerry. Great place!

They don’t want to cut a key you purchased from outside because they don’t want liability of it messing up. How does this make sense, cut my damn key and don’t mess it up. How is that hard.
