I went to cash a check today and Mashonda helped me at the Edgewood location. She was so sweet and patient. It took a whole to contact my check issuer and she was so patient and she even apologized and it wasn’t her fault. She is appreciated and she needs to be a supervisor or manager. She was awesome!

Today 3/31/26 was a nightmare. I came in to cash a large tax check and was immediately placed to the side because the representative stated she was new and needed to contact her manager to verify she is doing the processes correctly. In that time she took 3 different people transactions & then passed me some information to fill out. I then let her know that I would have to return because I have to leave due to how she took. I returned and met Stephanie. She seemed very irritated and was assisting a customer. I sat for a few minutes and she asked me to come up. She was on the phone with a company putting another persons social in. I passed her my check and after it was SIGNED, FINGERPRINTED, & VERIFIED I’m passed my check and ID and told that she would only be able to give me $500 maybe & to try else where. Upset, livid, pissed!!!!!! Thanks to MAIN STREET I HAVE MY FUNDS!!!!!

Kelly is always extremely helpful I come every month to pay my moms rent and bills she's very friendly and professional.
