I went with my mom to get some keys made for the house on very short notice. By the time we had originally arrive the to store, it was close. But a nice gentlemen by the name of Raymond let us in and provided lovely service to us. The customer service experience was excellent. We also ended up purchasing some honey and pickles from other local businesses in the area. I highly recommend the spicy kosher ones. But I think this store should be on anyone radar who’s hands on with any mechanical issues.

I dropped off a sales craftsman gas blower 25 cc a month ago. They had problems and excuses. Every time I went there they said they would call me back never happened went on for two weeks first it to carburetor they put in a new carburetor still won’t run next. They told me they needed a new piece and it’s not worth fixing cause then I’d be spending the original price of the equipment don’t really believe they know what they were doing. I think they have more problems than what they’re talking about.

Raymond is awesome! I bought a well pump. My son installed it. It wasn't working so Raymond took the time to come to my house and troubleshoot. Found and fixed the problem. This is service you won't get from a big box store. I will be forever grateful and thankful for his kindness. Fair prices, family business, great personal service.

I can't believe how wonderful of a old kind of store this place is. Raymond the owner didn't have the product I need in the store and he went out of his way to get it for my family. They are truly wonderful.

Wonderful local hardware store. My family found everything we needed here from screws to the real local honey. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the owner of the store was assisting us in locating each of the items we needed. They may not be a bix box corporate store but they will more than likely have what you need.
