Ive been a customer for a number of years, and my experiences have always been great. but I have to tell you about today. My license tag was pulled off my car today and i found it at the top of the stairs to my office. (there are homeless in my area) After work I drove to Ace, and explained my issue to Kenny. We looked at the car (a 2021 corolla) He knew EXACTLY what to do! and suggested a simple fix: put washers on the nuts, and then lock nuts. I am so appreciative. His knowledge and his swift action. Frankly, I was blown away at the skill and speed to complete the project. No it was not brain surgery, but it was a task that was beyond me, and he addressed it forthrightly and head on! THAT to me is FINE FINE FINE customer service! And I really appreciate his efforts too!

The greatest little hardware store in Miami. The crew is always very friendly and helpful. Any time I need some gadget to resolve some small problem at home that I would like to tackle myself without calling a handyman they always come through with the solution. They are conveniently located a block or so away from the Brickell Metrorail Station.
