I’ve shopped at Ace Hardware across Florida in more than a dozen cities for professional construction and home remodeling. I usually don’t mind paying a premium because their service is excellent. Unfortunately, this location was very disappointing every single person in the store was rude and avoided contact. This is the only Ace location where I’ve ever been let down. A note to management: I assume this Aces pays well like other locations. If that’s the case, staff here seem unappreciative. If you’ve chosen to pay less and leverage local poverty to lower operating costs, that’s on management.

Internet says it’s open for Christmas day in store and for pick up, but it was very closed and no one attended to my call. Very frustrating.

The truth is, they don't have customer service, and it's a take-it-or-leave-it situation. Furthermore, the prices are not competitive.
