This place should close or better should run out of business, it's a convenient location but poor over all service,never can find anything. They charge everything even a cheap ring for key made at $4.59 each.....ridiculous abusive business...stay away....

I want her to try to make a copy of my motorcycle key. The two people that were working there were super nice. This is a relatively very small Ace Hardware. The selection of items was limited of course because of the size of the building. But I got into a great conversation with the guy behind the front desk, and overall I felt very tranquil in there. They told me that they were not able to make a copy of my motorcycle key because they did not have the old school Machinery that the other Ace Hardware stores usually have. It's nice to see Mom and Pop hardware stores as well as Mom and Pop pharmacies. Let me tell you, when you go to a home depot, it's almost impossible to get any help. And then when you do find help, they don't really seem to want to help parrot not so at Ace Hardware, all the employees seem like they wanted to assist everyone with whatever they had in mind. There was no line in there at all I highly recommend this place. My most memorable part of this visit was speaking to the guy behind the counter who was telling me about the other Ace Hardware Store, where he used to work at, and they used to have the old school locksmith machine used to make difficult duplicate keys. He also told me to go check out Cutler Bay Ace Hardware. And he also told me about some restaurants I could check out because it was approaching lunch time. So I took his advice, and if he's reading this review, I just wanted to say thank you current I did end up at Sandbar in Cutler Bay and I did try the calamari fries.. thanks again. The parking here is a little bit difficult because the Ace Hardware is just part of a strip shopping mall, a very small strip of shops. I want on a weekday afternoon, and the parking was tight. I can only imagine how more busy it gets there on the weekends. The staff recommended that I go to a different Ace Hardware to see if I can get a duplicate key. Overall, this is a great store if you need General Hardware goods and you would like someone to speak to about a project or a certain products, all their people are very well trained to assist the customers.

Save yourself the trouble of going to this Ace Hardware to find anything. The young kids who work there are oblivious and the adult, specifically, the gentleman with the dreads has a horrible attitude and does not know his inventory. He was actually bothered by me asking him questions about the item that I needed. He never took the time to show me where the item was. Just pointed at the aisle where the tubing was supposed to be. They didn't have it. I will never return to this place and it is not the first time this happens to me there. But since they closed the one at 87tj avenue and Sunset I thought that maybe what happened to me there previously was a thing of the past. It's worst, much worst.

I bought a titan n120 from here. It looked like it had been opened already. Didn’t work straight out of the box. Looked very bad to my client. I have been installing titanium for a while now and never had an issue. Will never shop at ace again. I’m pretty sure the guy at the counter knew he sold me a bad water heater.
