Small local hardware store. Well stocked for the size. Staff was helpful. I do not like that they have a 10 dollar minimum for debit or credit card purchases. I understand having to cover costs, but I literally only bought 2 bolts...glad I had cash on me that day. I will absolutely ship here again. Very thankful this place is where it is.

This is some BS. That’s why it’s better to buy from Home Depot or different type of supply house. End up buying a dropbox and realized that the dropbox was too small for the keys that needs to go inside so I tried to return it back and they told me that they do not return or give store credit because the item was open. So I asked how was I supposed to check if it works for me or not if I do not open merchandise, they had no answer and told me that they cannot return money back. That’s why Ace is one of the worst supply house store to buy from. They also expensive than Home Depot and any other supply house store.

I want to thank JAWS for the excellent service and for guiding me as soon as I walked into the store, without me even having to ask for what I was looking for. Nowadays, we need more people like this—dedicated and passionate about doing their job the right way. If you visit ACE, I highly recommend asking for JAWS. Truly, thank you so much!

This store is a bit of chaos inside. It’s small but carries a lot of stuff and it’s sorta jammed together. The items are very dusty and the store just doesn’t seem that clean. There’s dust everywhere. There are a lot of employees behind the desk but they’re not very useful. I saw an item online it says they had it in store when I arrive no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I showed them photos and they said they don’t carry the item. I don’t remember what bs excuse they gave me. I was sort of done with right after I walked in I wanted to walk right out .

Super high prices and absolutely disgusting how they scam customers. They refuse to honor their own app discounts, claiming that each store is independent and can set whatever policy they want. They charge the same exact items $10–$12 more than Home Depot (and this happens with many products). I honestly wish there was a Home Depot nearby so I’d never have to come back to this shameful place again.
