Everyone there was nice.. a little too nice.. nothing bad but it was weird how nice they were in there. Maybe they need to train workers at other locations... this will be my go to Ace from no on. I just have to get used to super friendly service

Great customer service and attention to details. The staff helped me find what I was looking for and explained why it was what I needed. They provided me with options and offered to order items that were sold out. By the way these items were sold out at every store I had visited prior to coming to this a store. No other store offered to order anything. The experience and value was great. The store was very clean, organized, and it is one of the biggest Ace Hardware stores that I found in Miami. Highly recommend coming and checking out their inventory. By the way, I was so satisfied with the service that I wrote this from the parking lot before departing.

I have to start off by saying I’ve been coming to this Ace for 2 years, I’ve never had an issue. Never once was I ever turned away by the staff and I always find what I need. I came in today with my family to purchase some paint and I was helped by a young fellow named Kirk and a lovely young lady named Dee, Dee always helps me when I come in. Anytime you walk into this store ask for Dee, she knows the ins and outs of that store like the back of her hand and she was very thoughtful in explaining to us what brushes and rollers to use with the type of paint that we purchased, which I didn’t even know was a thing. I love this store and I love the service that they provide but I truly keep coming back because I get a personal shopper every time haha (Dee). At checkout, Kirk was very friendly and explained to us the Application that Ace hardware has where I can see all my points and rewards on. I’m not too savvy with technology but Kirk took the time to make my account and explain what steps to take. This store always goes above and beyond. It’s because of people like Kirk and Dee that keep mom and pop shops like Ace hardware alive, you always feel like a friend rather than just another customer. I will be back!

I went to ace hardware today and they were very rude with me, which is a bummer when they had a great inventory in store. The cashier was very rude to me because I was getting charged the wrong price. Do not go here unless you must!!! If I could give 0 stars I would for this customer service I received today!

Great team. Very knowledgeable and friendly workers. Even the manager help find a e-receipt for a return. Got all the help I needed during my visit.
